Terms of Service
This English translation is provided for convenience. If there is any inconsistency, the Thai version prevails.
1) Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using PERPOS in any way, you are deemed to have confirmed that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.
2) Scope of service
PERPOS is a work assistant system that works with LINE and offers add-on features, such as a Google Drive connection for file storage.
We may add, improve, or scale back certain features in order to develop the service, while endeavoring to maintain continuity of use.
3) Accounts and authentication
You may need to sign in to use features within the system. Sign-in uses your LINE account through LINE Login.
You must keep your account and devices secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
4) Prohibited use
You may not use the service to commit unlawful acts, infringe the rights of others, or send data or files containing malware.
You may not attempt to access the system without authorization, interfere with its operation, or reverse engineer it to the extent that doing so is unlawful or contrary to our rights.
5) Third-party services
PERPOS may connect to third-party services such as Google Drive and LINE. Your use of those services may be subject to the third parties' own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for disruptions to, or policy changes of, third-party services that are beyond our control.
6) Intellectual property
The content, software, trademarks, and other elements of PERPOS are our property or are used by us under a valid license.
7) Suspension or termination of service
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if we find use that violates these terms, or where necessary for security or legal reasons.
8) Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make reasonable efforts to keep the service stable but do not guarantee that it will be error-free at all times.
9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect damages or damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
10) Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
11) Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and publish the latest version on this page.
